Refund tool for E-ticket from the cash desk perspective

As you can see on your POS system, we have activated a new feature, “Refund Online Sales”, to make your online refunds easier and faster. Please have a look at the following pictures.

For numbered representations

First select the representation in your POS system and then select the seat/ticket you wish to refund and release.

Click on “Refund Online sale” and you will see the new window.

Please refer to the point “Fulfillment of the request” below.

For unnumbered representations and from the back office

First go to the menu with the three dots ... and select “Refund e-ticket”.

Then scan the QR code on the e-ticket.

If you do not have a QR code or are in the back office and not at the cash desk, please enter the URL to the e-ticket in the field and click OK.

After scanning, the same window appears for entering the refund details as in the previous example for numbered representations.

Fulfillment of the request

Please select the seat for which you would like a refund and then go to “Reason for refund”.

  1. click here for a full refund
  2. for a partial refund, select the seats individually
  3. indicate the reason that will be communicated to the credit card payment system.

4 [OPTIONAL] Enter the e-mail address of the person who should receive the confirmation of the refund 5.Finally click on the “Refund request” button

When you click on this button, we will receive the confirmation link and then we will check it (4-eyes principle) and make the refund.
