Issue: the Raspberry Pi is disconnected

Steps:

It could take up to 2 minutes for the OS to restart completly so wait before proceeding below

Ethernet connected (green light): check by touching both ends of the cable, not only visually
Ethernet link is active, meaning the orange light blinks quickly.

If no blinky orange led maybe the router (Swisscom, Sunrise, etc.) is not giving IP address to the raspberry pi

Reboot Internet router, which seems to be down or call their Internet provider to announce the interruption
Login to the local router’s portal (client must do that) and be sure that raspi is connected and have a local IP (maybe ask for its value : e.g. 192.168.1.XX)
Tablet is on AT_POS wifi

Normally (not raspi with printing rebound server) will print a starting QR-Code

Maybe restart pic2shop/PWA and/or do hard reload (long click on the house)
USB cables verification between raspi and printers EVERYTIME on both end cables with fingers
In case of printing problems: check if the paper is incorrectly positioned (too far forward or too far back). In this case, open the printer and reposition the paper. Does the paper pass over the top of the roll or underneath?
Could there be a piece of the previous roll left in the machine?
Is the Boca paper on the correct side ? Look for the black mark.
