Rustdesk​

Rustdesk is an app that we have installed on the ipad of the front desk, in order to see the screen and control it when you need us to. In case of a debugging need that cannot be solved over the phone or over email, we can sometimes ask you to start a Rustdesk session.

When starting this app, you should not touch the screen and try to do something, as we will be controlling it, and it might interfere.

There is no risk with Rustdesk, you tell us the password, and at the end of the call we end the session.
